Back to Business.

Yesterday Mr LC and I brainstormed some items for my Etsy shop.  As you know, I will be featured in this magazine so I figured I better start loading up on some new things.  I decided to try some aprons.  I just wish I had Janet to model them for me!

At the very least, I wish I had one of those old style dressmakers forms.  Anyone have one for rent?

I like your apron. My daughter thinks it's very cute too. :-) All the best on the success of your Etsy shop in 2012.

Very cute.

What if you did one in a plain cotton or linen with a printed item from that print; e.g., the ham icon with just the word H A M underneath it. I would buy that. Maybe without the ruffle though.

Mr Urban Cottage, what can't he come up with?

And Mr LC? What can't he sew?

The apron's looking very cute. I'm definitely in agreement with stocking up the Etsy store. Have you any more vintage goodness stashed away as well?

MMMC: Mr Urban should be a designer among his other gifts. Mr LC is a renaissance man.

Love your apron, Deb.. It's great that you will be getting your shop stocked..AND since Mr. LC is retired I am sure he will enjoy cutting out or sewing seams at least.. grin..
Blessings..

I know a man who would look delightful in a 'ham' apron. Would that mean you were tied to his hamstrings instead of his apron strings? As soon as I go back to work I am off to shop at your place, Deb. Your alphabet cushions are lovely!

Annie: I'm not sure about String Theory! Get a job soon.

Fantastic, Deb! So cute! Yes, if you could find a dress form, that would look so cute! Or maybe you could hang it from a wooden kind of vintagey coat hanger or something...???

I like that apron very much. I need one with holsters for my fly swats; as I combine food preparation with equal amounts of fly swatting.
