Depressing News.
I received an email from Mr LC's cousin today with some disturbing news. She and her hubby are staying at a Chateau. In France. For cheapsies.

I don't know how they stand it.
There are three couples and they have the place all to themselves. I know! Poor things.

Oh poor them! To think - they could have been staying at our luxury 19th century Normandy ruin complete with ladder staircase to the converted haybarn bedrooms and fitted but unconnected bathroom (though a working downstairs lavatory and ceramic kitchen sink for Amish style washing).Lol!
Although I question the reason for a pink dining room, it is indeed depressing.

THAT was the staircase I meant for MMMC's descent on blue cocktail frock! I didn't even notice the pink dining room as I was dazzled by the affluenza.
So many rooms in which to lose children.
What a perfect holiday retreat.
Oh no! This is devastating! I hope they will be able to escape from the clutches of the French soon. Perhaps a prisoner exchange could be arranged? You for them??? I'm just saying....
