Hair Today Gone Tomorrow

I'm gonna have to do a lot of apologizing for doing this post. One, for the title and all kinds to daughter #2. Last spring, my daughter agreed to shave her head in order to raise money for the regional children's hospital. Her fellow employees raised the money in record time to ensure she got her head shaved. Here are the gory details in pictures.
She looks like she's about 12 years old but she's really 24. I know, I had her when I was 12.

I don't know whether I'm laughing or crying in this one.

Oh yes, she wants to do it again this year!

Can I just tell you that she is as beautiful without hair as she is with it. What a lovely smile and sweet spirit. It shows right through. Good for her too! For doing something worthwhile. Now ... how about a "now" picture?

Your daughter has the most beautiful smile! She's gorgeous, even without her hair.

She looks so pretty! She rivals Natalie Portman during her bald phase. :)
