Company's Coming!

I would like to extend a hearty welcome to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Tomorrow they are arriving in my homeland for their first official visit.  Alas, they will not be visiting near me.
Kate wants to visit Anne of Green Gables house.  My house is much the same.  I don't know why they don't come here.  I'd serve them King Cole tea and maple sugar biscuits. Plus I would not charge admission at the LC.
Fascinators at the ready!
Please note, this is not the Duchess.  She wishes.

No she doesn't wish that she's the duchess... because that would mean that you're not her mom.

I"m still waiting for my tree from Westminster Abbey to arrive here in Cambridge. They're not very responsive!

I can only hope Miss Kate hears (or better yet, reads) about your blog and decides to stop at LC. I really think she should. :)

Where's your fascinator?

You have a wonderful sense of humor. It must be fun around your house.

I can't believe the newly married Royals are not coming to see you. Haven't they heard about you yet?

They'd be mad not to drop in. I think you would lay it all on for them.

Just don't break anything while they're there. And make sure Sassy's on her best behaviour.

I, too, love your sense of humor...
We could go to PEI.. It would only take a couple of hours from here, eh?
Blessings..

I, too, suspect that the Royal holiday planner has heard of your penchant for breaking things. So they obviously have taken the safe route of avoiding your place this time. Shame though.
I have to say I saw Anne (from Green Gables) on 'House' a few weeks back. It was lovely to see her.

She looks a lot like the duchess... :)

I love that house, Anna of green gables was one of my favourite. If your house is like that, I'm moving in. I can sleep next to Sassy.

Prince William's speech he gave in Canada (the French version) has been on the radio here. Sounded great to me. I don't speak French though.
I'd like a visit to that cottage and Canada. My sister in-law and nieces are moving to Canada this year. A visit is on the cards one day.
