Today's Blessings.

Mr LC made some applesauce today from apples grown on our property.

Then, we had an unexpected visitor.

Baby Boy's first visit!  He slept through the whole thing.  Are we boring or what?

How chuffed does Mr LC look!! That baby is blissful. The wafts of fresh apple sauce probably made him feel very relaxed. What fun to have a new baby around again!

Beautiful bounty everywhere!

How different life is at your house from how it was a year ago.

Applesauce is one of the fruits of retirement.

Snuggled up by the kitchen stove I presume?

Deb, he's absolutely beautiful! The baby, that is. ;-)

The apple sauce sounds good. I love homemade apple sauce. My mom made it when I was a kid. We'd pick the apples and she'd make the sauce. It was a great deal!

I'm picturing the bub arriving on his own, ringing the doorbell, then collapsing into a deep sleep as soon as you open the door... Gorgeous photo of Pop and bub... actually, have you done a post on what you are to be called yet?
