Fairy Tale.

Duchess of Cambridge

#1 of Loyalist Cottage

Daughter #1 told me that yesterday a little girl came into the shop and asked her if she was Princess Kate.

I can understand the confusion. I'm so excited to have a new Duke and Duchess. I'm e-mailing them to see if they'll give me one of the trees from the Abbey. It's only right that one of them should end up in Cambridge.

Daughter #1 is beautiful....Didn't the whole thing just put you in a good mood?

That must have made L's day! I hope you enjoyed the wedding. I did! I can't pick a fault anywhere with it. Loved the whole thing and think the world needed something joyous like that to put us is a good mood.

HB, too!

Good luck to Urban Cottage. I wanted them to send me Stephen Harper's unused invite but it didn't happen. More's the pity.
Oh, and yes Deb, feel free to steal pics from my blog ;)

Well that is quite the resemblance. I saw a fun little thing on facebook for the day. You were supposed to re-name yourself in honor of the Royal Wedding Day. Start with Lord or Lady, then use each of your grandmother's first names and the name of your favorite pet. Then OF ... the name of your street.

So I am Lady Edna Gretchen Abigail of Westminster. Nice and regal I think.

Who wouldn't love to receive a compliment like that?!! Gorgeous photo of your daughter, and lovely fascinator.
I attended a little wedding 'do' and wore my three year old's tiara; it was a bit painful on my big head.

She's lovely, Deb! What a nice compliment! I hope Daughter #1 bunged on an English accent and said "Yes, just call me Duchess."

She is lovely....both of them are. Lovely smiles.

I bet Mrs. Harper is steamed about not being able to go....especially if he loses. He'll never rhear the end of it...
