'homemade' eggs are okay in a vegan diet, if your choice to be vegan is for animals rights. I have no idea of what a pavlova is, but it looks yummy. I'm a disaster in the kitchen and I am allergic to eggs, is there an easy egg free recipe for that? I'm going to google it.

Was the thing a nightmare to make? I have fear of pavlova baking..I've heard it's so finicky.

Yours turned out really nice. When I tried to make it, it looked like upchuck! It tasted good though.
Raspberries, my favourite berry. I must toddle out to the briars tomorrow to see if enough of ours are ready to make something.
Katherine is right, and pavlova is an Aussie icon. Like MMMC I've never made one. YOurs looks delicious, especially with the cream. I'm no vegan.
