I Had to Do It.

When you have fresh organic raspberries,
And some free range eggs,
What's a gal to do?

Make pavlova.

Apologies to my vegan friends but it was delicious!

Did you find those eggs in the shed?

That pav looks yum. I've never made one. Are they difficult? Yours does look delicious. I now have to bake a cake.

It looks great. Is it a big meringue disk with whipped cream and raspberries? I've never had it.

That looks delicious! My husband is the pavlova maker in this house. He has perfected that combination of fluffy, chewy and crispy meringue. In fact, I'm off to place an order now.

I don't know what that is, but it looks delicious and presentation is everything:)

I'm so glad to have encouraged pavlova baking/eating.

This is making my stomach growl...seriously, it's maybe a lil unfair of you to post photos like these. Your plate is so pretty too!

Was the thing a nightmare to make? I have fear of pavlova baking..I've heard it's so finicky.

I have no fear of eating it though! :)

'homemade' eggs are okay in a vegan diet, if your choice to be vegan is for animals rights.
I have no idea of what a pavlova is, but it looks yummy. I'm a disaster in the kitchen and I am allergic to eggs, is there an easy egg free recipe for that? I'm going to google it.

Yours turned out really nice. When I tried to make it, it looked like upchuck! It tasted good though.

Raspberries, my favourite berry. I must toddle out to the briars tomorrow to see if enough of ours are ready to make something.

Katherine is right, and pavlova is an Aussie icon. Like MMMC I've never made one. YOurs looks delicious, especially with the cream. I'm no vegan.
