Would you believe I have never seen 24, my son watches it and as for Lost, it has been on but I've never paid attention to it. I am more of a Dancing with the Stars and Private Practice kinda gal!!
I saw your title, and the accompanying pic and I laughed out loud. Last night while watching 24, with each commercial my husband would say, "there are only 52 more minutes of 24", "there are only 18 minutes of 24".."there are only 4 minutes left of 24". Ha! You must completely understand. He did not get any sympathy from me! He is also a LOST guy..and will also be 'lost' without it. I laughed at him and even made fun of him, but apparently I am the one in the minority....I guess I don't know what I missed these last 6 or so years. BUT luckily, we have all the past years of 24 on DVD. I am sure we will get LOST, and I too hear there is a movie of 24 in the works. Best wishes on your recovery as well!!!!! Lori L
I have watched the LOST finale twice~ I loved it so much... I'll really miss that show! Sniff! Just watched the 24 finale~ I thought they would probably kill Jack's character since he had gone so rogue this season...at least we know there's a movie coming!
Hubby and I watched every season of 24 and we will miss it too. It was the only show (besides Masterpiece on PBS) that we watched on a regular basis. We will have to find another show now.... but I don't know what...Nothing interesting on these days.
You are so funny! And can I tell you that I feel the same way. LOST is over, 24 is over, and tonight AI is over. I will have to start reading books or something :)
Actually, I am hoping that there is a show premiering this fall that I will enjoy. I am not a reality tv fan except for AI.
And were you disappointed in the 24 finale? I was. I thought perhaps it would have been wise to kill Jack off finally. I mean, really, he has dodged more bullets and knives than anyone in the history of tv.
I found the ending rather goofy, but realized they are keeping things open for the movie. I mean, the former pres couldn't even kill himself with a gun to the head. And Jack survived yet another knife with a patch up job from an enemy. Well ... it IS fiction.
I have never watched these shows but apparently, you are not the only one in mourning. All of my friends are beside themselves!
PS I don't know why but Blogger keeps deleting big chunks of my following list - that's why I've had to add you like 10 times now. Sorry for any confusion - I just don't want to lose you!

I was glued to 24 last night, can't believe that was the last episode. There's supposed to be a 24 movie, we can hope, can't we... :-)

I never say 24 or Lost even once but I have friends who issued the commandment: Thou shalt not call during 24.
