This Weekend I...

Since Monday was a holiday around here, I included it with my weekend wrap up.

Date night:

I don't like it when Brucie plays a sociopath.  In my world, he's always the good guy.

Had a doggy sleepover with Oreo again. Big Sookie.

Good boy Oreo.  You're so nice and quiet, not like those shrieking, hyper girls.

 They requested anonymity.

Read this memoir from start to finish in one go:

Loved it.

Went to a different church on Sunday. Did not wear my hat.

Went to #2's for a steak barbeque. ( Can any of my lady readers tell me if a sudden aversion to ground beef and spare ribs is the start of being a vegetarian or is it just hormonal?  Hubby is worried his menu choices may be seriously depleted.)

On Monday, I was a horse widow for the entire day.
This is pretty much how I spent it.

Link up with Keys to the Cottage and share your weekend!

I linked you :)

And the sudden aversion to ground beef is exactly that way it happened for me. I still cook for my husband but I just don't eat the same things.

Always love to hear about your weekends. We watched a horse race on Sunday. I think it was at the Jersey Shore.

I can't stomach meat when I'm pregnant. Love a good book that demands to be read in one go!

Oh gosh, sounds like a great weekend! I go through the meat thing too - I don't know what it is. I just don't like Bruce Willis - there's something about his squint - I don't trust him. That book looks awesome! It's on me list now.

And alas, I was a lawn tractor widow again.

That book looks highly interesting, well, the cover anyways! Thanks! : )

You neglected to share that part where you almost (and on purpose, might I add) threw out some of the things you were storing for me and due to a random visit and my hubby's keen eye I was able to save them!

The doggies are very cute. That's how I feel about my computer too. Happy weekend!
